My Review

Bitmoji Image

So let's jump in, I did not completely hate the book but I did not love it. I am a big fan of self-help books, but this one was a little different. it had various parts where they asked questions and allowed you to write down your responses (thought that was cool).

Now what killed me was she was overly religious. I get why religion plays a big part in self-help books. But this was "over-religious"in my opinion. So beware when you read this book, there are a lot of references to the Bible and lots of prayers. Almost in comparison to an AA meeting.

Also this book is bias, it's based on men hurting women. What about the women that messed up the relationship? What if the man wasn't the cheater? What if the women was the toxic one in the relationship? You need to help yourself heal and need to know why you do these things.

I personally feel she should have done both perspectives. I was able to relate to some parts of the book which made me reflect on myself. that part was good. This book is less than 200 pages and is an easy read. I don't discourage you guys reading it, it may be a good read for you but its was blah to me.

If you are interested in reading this book, I have provided the information below where you can purchase this read. I have also included the authors bio and info below. Please feel free to leave any comments and suggestions below or on my pages.

Happy Reading Fellow Book Lovers!!!!
